Notice to Third Party Search Firms
Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved vendor with Veritiv. It is the responsibility of all third party search firms to read this policy prior to contacting Veritiv with candidate resumes or requests. Veritiv does not routinely engage in Third Party Search Firms due to the extensive Talent Acquisition team on staff. As is necessary, we have an approved vendor list which is reviewed on an annual basis.
All candidates submitted without a current, signed agreement will be considered a job candidate of Veritiv and will not be subject to any type of placement fee. All requested submittals will be managed by the Talent Acquisition team and not the direct hiring manager. Veritiv will not pay a fee to a Third Party Search Firm that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the Talent Acquisition team. Our staff is not authorized to enter into agreements with Third Party Search Firms. Any unsolicited resumes sent to our staff by Third Party Search Firms, whether under contract or not, will become the legal property of Veritiv.
We do conduct an annual review of our preferred vendor list so if you would like to be considered in the future, please email talentacquisition@veritivcorp.com.
