In order for OCS’ Human Resources Department to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity, so you must accompany your request with a copy of some of the current official identifications.
In the event that the information provided in your application is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not accompanied, the OCS Human Resources Department, within five (5) business days after receipt of the request, may require you to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to meet the request, counted from the day after you have received it. If no response is given within this period, the corresponding request will be considered as not filed.
The OCS Human Resources Department will communicate the response within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, so that, if appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen (15) business days after the response is communicated. The response will be given electronically to the email address specified in the request.
As a reference, the ARCO rights are briefly described:
- Access - to be informed which of your personal data is contained in the OCS databases and what the personal data is used for, the origin and the communications that have been made with them.
- Rectificatio n- That your personal data be corrected or updated if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You will have the obligation to inform OCS of the changes to be made to your personal data, such changes s or what they have knowledge.

There are cases in which cancellation will not be possible in terms of the Law and other applicable legal provisions.
