Frequently Asked Questions 

What is the timeframe and deadlines for the internship program? 
Typically, we accept resumes year-round, with our interview and selection process from January to March. The internship program runs from the start of June to the end of July each year. 

Is this a paid internship?
Yes, it is a 40 hour per week paid internship.

What are the eligibility requirements for interns?
You must be an actively enrolled rising junior or senior in good academic standing at an accredited college or university.

What if I have scheduling conflicts and can't participate in all nine weeks?
Participants must be fully available for the entire program; special consideration can be made if conflicts are mentioned during the interview process.

What can I expect from the internship?
Expect a challenging, fun and rewarding experience working alongside industry experts in meaningful career enhancing roles and projects. The majority of your time will be spent with your home department but there will be exciting development opportunities that will expand your network, enhance your experience and showcase your talent.
Could this internship lead to a job offer?
Yes. Veritiv looks for early career professionals for many full-time positions in a variety of departments. Being an intern is a great way for you to get to know us and for us to learn more about you. Our goal is to have many of our interns make the decision to join Veritiv whether that is in the department where you intern or in another function.
